Football Recap: Dakota Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Dakota lost against Morrison back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Indians took a blow against the Mustangs, falling 48-16. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Morrison to victory, but perhaps none more so than Levi Milder, who picked up 112 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 53 yards and one score on only six carries. Carson White was another key player, having thrown for 252 yards and four touchdowns.

Dakota's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Morrison, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Dakota is set to square off against their familiar foe Galena at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Morrison will face off against rival Fulton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
