After flying high against San Marcos HomeSchool last Friday, Brentwood Christian came back down to earth. The Brentwood Christian Bears took an 81-68 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Michael's Warriors on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 77-70 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2022.

Brentwood Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Zach Czerlinsky, who went 7 for 15 en route to 19 points plus two steals. Blake Petty was another key player, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Michael's to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aiden Disu, who went 5 for 10 en route to 14 points plus three steals.
