Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Pemiscot). They never let the Hayti Indians get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won seven in a row.
Logan Southern made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Southern was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.
