Baseball Recap: Hudson's Bay Comes Up Short

Hudson's Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ridgefield Spudders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spudders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-1 on Wednesday.

Hudson's Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Ridgefield, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5-2 record this season.

Hudson's Bay will be playing at home against Non Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ridgefield, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-9 loss against Rochester on the 18th.
