Baseball Recap: Elite Squad Baseball Academy Takes a Loss

Elite Squad Baseball Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the TNXL Academy Ducks. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Ducks this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-0 defeat on Wednesday.

Elite Squad Baseball Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for TNXL Academy, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.

Elite Squad Baseball Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. TNXL Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Orangewood Christian at 6:30 p.m. on March 13th.
