Kingwood Park extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Port Arthur Memorial. They never let the Titans get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. Given Kingwood Park's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 131st, while Port Arthur Memorial are ranked 420th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kingwood Park pushed their record up to 18-3-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Port Arthur Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6-7.
