Football Recap: Logan Elm Takes a Loss

Logan Elm managed to slip by Hamilton Township the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Braves were dealt a 38-7 loss at the hands of the Rangers on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 40 points in the game before, the Braves couldn't push the score so high this time.

Austin Holbrook threw for 43 yards on five of 14 attempts. Connor Kint was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards.

Logan Elm's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Hamilton Township, their win bumped their record up to 8-2.

Logan Elm does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hamilton Township, they will face off against Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rangers will be up against the 76ers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.7 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
