Volleyball Recap: Volunteer Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Volunteer lost against Sullivan East back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Falcons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots.

Volunteer's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-5. As for Sullivan East, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-8 record this season.

Volunteer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Gate City on the 16th. Sullivan East has also already played their next game (against Unicoi County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
