Football Game Preview: Sageview Lobos vs. Kennewick Lions

The Sageview Lobos will challenge the Kennewick Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Sageview is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Kamiakin last Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Lobos were outmatched by the Braves and fell 56-7. The Lobos were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-7.

Meanwhile, Kennewick put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Pasco by a score of 31-20. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 164th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Sageview's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kennewick, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
