Chicago Mt. Carmel lost against Lyons on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Caravan took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The Caravan's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Chicago Mt. Carmel's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Lyons, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Chicago Mt. Carmel will square off against Homewood-Flossmoor at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Caravan surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lyons, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oak Park-River Forest at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Lions' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
