Preview: Miles vs. Roby
On Friday Miles take on Roby at 7:30 PM. Miles is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.
Miles had to kick off their season on the road last week, but they showed no ill effects. They took the contest and then some with a 67-14 victory. They was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, Roby had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They suffered a grim 6-28 defeat to Olney. Roby were down by 6-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Miles's win lifted them to 1-0 while Roby's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Miles can add another positive mark to their record or if Roby can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Miles's step.
