Rantoul waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 58-47 victory over the Monticello Sages. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Rantoul back to even at 12-12. As for Monticello, they dropped their record down to 12-11 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Rantoul wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 79-51 victory against St. Thomas More on the 7th. As for Monticello, they will square off against PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Monticello surely won't give up without a fight.
