Fulshear has gone 9-1 against Foster recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Chargers will take on the Falcons at 5:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Fulshear sitting on seven straight wins and Foster on three.

On Tuesday, Fulshear got the win against Alief Elsik by a conclusive 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Fulshear was: they took every set by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-5, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Foster made easy work of Alief Hastings on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Foster took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-3, 25-8.

Fulshear better keep an eye on Avery Adamson. She was instrumental in Foster's win, getting seven assists and six aces. Those six aces gave Adamson a new career-high.

Foster was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Fulshear's record now sits at 31-9. As for Foster, their record is now 25-7.

Fulshear was able to grind out a solid win over Foster in their previous meeting two weeks ago, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chargers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
