Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask White Pigeon). They came out on top against the Cassopolis Rangers by a score of 84-73 on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Chiefs who have now won three games in a row.

Several Rangers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lucas Williams, who posted 29 points and five rebounds. Those 29 points gave Williams a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Pratt, who put up 22 points and five boards.

White Pigeon is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.7 points per game. As for Cassopolis, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-5 record.

White Pigeon will challenge Comstock at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cassopolis, they will square off against Lawrence at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
