Basketball Recap: Arcadia Takes a Loss

Arcadia lost against Van Buren back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Arcadia Redskins were dealt a 58-20 defeat at the hands of the Van Buren Black Knights. The Redskins were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-6.

Arcadia now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Van Buren, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Arcadia and Danbury will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Van Buren, they and Eastwood will face off at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
