Football Recap: Yough Comes Up Short

Yough's last matchup with Mt. Pleasant could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. The Cougars had to suffer through a 41-7 loss at the hands of the Vikings. The Cougars just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Aidan Shaffer threw for 80 yards and one touchdown. Ryan Sarver was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards and one score.

Yough's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Mt. Pleasant, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-2.
