After losing to Owosso the last time they met, Flushing decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Flushing Raiders came out on top against the Owosso Trojans by a score of 53-42 on Tuesday. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Trojans are ranked 508th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Flushing's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Owosso, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.
