Douglas is 6-0 against Glide since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Douglas Trojans will be playing at home against the Glide Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. Douglas will be strutting in after a win while Glide will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Friday, Douglas blew past Coquille, posting a 52-25 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Meanwhile, Glide was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 52-39 to South Umpqua.

Douglas has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points per game. As for Glide, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Everything came up roses for Douglas against Glide when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 70-32 win. Will Douglas repeat their success, or does Glide have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
