Volleyball Recap: Deer River Takes a Loss

Deer River lost against Moose Lake/Willow River back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Warriors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rebels. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Deer River's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Moose Lake/Willow River, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Deer River didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa on the 13th. As for Moose Lake/Willow River, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Pillager on the 13th.
