Volleyball Recap: Heritage Christian Falls to Faith Academy in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Heritage Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Faith Academy Flames on Thursday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Flames apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Heritage Christian took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17, 25-21.

The win (which was Faith Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Heritage Christian will square off against Stacey at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Faith Academy, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Boerne Area Christian HomeSchoolers at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
