Football Recap: Menchville Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Menchville's offense. They were dealt a 39-0 loss at the hands of the Warwick Raiders on Friday. The defeat leaves the Monarchs still looking for their first win of the season.

Menchville's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Warwick, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Menchville is set to take on their familiar foe Denbigh at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Warwick will face off against rival Woodside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
