There's no place like home for Rootstown, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Aquinas Knights on Monday as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Rovers, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Rootstown has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.4 runs over those games. As for Aquinas, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Coming up, Rootstown will challenge Canton Central Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Aquinas, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Mogadore at 5:00 p.m.
