Softball Recap: Frankfort Comes Up Short

Frankfort was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 34th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 11-1 to the Delphi Community Oracles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hot Dogs of the 10-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Frankfort saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kynlee Myers, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Frankfort's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Delphi Community, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Frankfort wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Tipton on the 10th. As for Delphi Community, they have also already played their next game, a 4-3 loss against Kankakee Valley on the 10th.
