Cullen Sightler posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances.

Sightler's strong effort led Calhoun Academy over Clarendon Hall and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Saints are limping into the matchup having lost four straight on the road dating back to last season.
