Desert Mirage had to endure a 12-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Cathedral City Lions on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The RAMS not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 21st (when they won 3-0).

Desert Mirage was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-14, 26-24.

Desert Mirage's win bumped their record up to 3-16. As for Cathedral City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-13.

Coincidentally, Desert Mirage and Cathedral City will both be playing Desert Hot Springs the next time they take the court. The Lions will host the Golden Eagles at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, while the RAMS will head out to face them at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
