The Medina Valley Panthers will take on the Churchill Chargers at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Medina Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.

Medina Valley saw some tournament action on Thursday. They came out on top against Stevens by a score of 9-4.

Reese Hatcher was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That double was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Brody Ripps, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Churchill earned a 4-1 victory over Smithson Valley on Thursday.

The team relied heavily on Samuel Kennedy, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. He is becoming a predictor of Churchill's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 1-4 when he doesn't).

Medina Valley's record is now 6-1. As for Churchill, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
