Soccer Game Preview: Lincoln vs. Del Mar

For the first time this season, Lincoln will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will welcome the Del Mar Dons at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Lincoln saw some tournament action back in December of 2025. They lost 4-1 to North Salinas.

Meanwhile, Del Mar kept a clean sheet against Hill on Saturday. They blew past the Falcons 4-0. That four-goal margin sets a new team best for Del Mar this season.

Del Mar is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-1-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four matches. As for Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
