Basketball Recap: Wheaton Academy Falls to Plainfield East in First Game of Season

Wheaton Academy kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 65-61 to the Plainfield East Bengals.

Plainfield East has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coincidentally, Wheaton Academy and Plainfield East will both be playing Thornridge the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Falcons at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Bengals will head out to face them at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
