Baseball Recap: Central Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Central won the last time they faced Hatton and things went their way on Friday too. The Wildcats blew past the Hornets 16-6. The Wildcats not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since March 8th.

The victory was the third in a row for Central, bringing their record up to 16-9. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Hatton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-15 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central will host Hardin County at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hatton, they will welcome Deshler at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
