Softball Recap: Windom Takes a Loss

Windom fell victim to Jackson County Central and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 9-0 to the Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-5 on Tuesday.

Windom's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Jackson County Central, the victory was the fifth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Windom will face off against rival Luverne at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Jackson County Central is set to challenge their familiar foe Blue Earth at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
