Cairo was the 55-12 winner over Westover when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Cairo Syrupmakers took a hard 29-10 fall against the Westover Patriots on Thursday. The contest marked the Syrupmakers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.
