A big part of Woodland's win came down to the chemistry between Trey Bennett and his top target Jaston Terry. Bennett threw for 220 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 passes while Terry gained 174 total yards and three touchdowns. Bennett is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last four games he's played dating back to last season. Dray Long also helped with two touchdowns in total.
Afton's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Woodland, the victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.
