Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Webster Thomas). They were the clear victors by a 28-1 margin over the Franklin Bulldogs on Saturday. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by seven runs or more this season.

Webster Thomas has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-9 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.6 runs over those games. As for Franklin, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Coming up, Webster Thomas will square off against Penfield at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Patriots' pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so the Titans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Franklin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
