Baseball Game Preview: Sumner-Fredericksburg Cougars vs. Jesup J-Hawks

Sumner-Fredericksburg is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on North Fayette Valley with a sharp 21-1 victory on Friday. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Jesup came up short against Union on Friday and fell 11-8.

Sumner-Fredericksburg's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Jesup, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.
