Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Little Wound). Their defense stepped up to hand the Crow Creek Chieftains a 52-0 shutout on Thursday. Considering the Mustangs have won four matchups by more than 27 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Little Wound and bumps their season record up to 6-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 points in those games. As for Crow Creek, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
