Volleyball Recap: Regina Dominican Takes a Loss

Regina Dominican entered their game against Resurrection on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bandits. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17.

Resurrection can attribute much of their success to Molly Brannigan, who had nine digs and two assists.

The defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 6-9. As for Resurrection, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-7.

Coming up, Regina Dominican will challenge Lake Forest Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Resurrection, they will take on DePaul College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
