Soccer Recap: Washington Takes a Loss

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Francis Borgia Knights. That's two games in a row now that Washington have lost by just one goal.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 7-12-1. As for St. Francis Borgia, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-8.

Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Francis Borgia, they have already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against Summit Christian Academy on the 6th.
