The home team had won the previous three meetings between West St. John and St. James, and St. James kept the tradition alive. The West St. John Rams came up short against the St. James Wildcats on Monday, falling 8-2. The Rams were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

West St. John dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for St. James, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
