Softball Recap: Pierce City Takes a Loss

Pierce City lost against Marionville back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Comets, falling 13-7. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pierce City's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Marionville, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Pierce City will host Miller at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Marionville, they will venture away from home to face off against Lockwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
