After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Plains, Carl Junction was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past Central 3-0. The win continues a trend for Carl Junction in their matchups with Central: they've now won seven in a row.

Maddy Huffman paced Carl Junction's offense, picking up ten kills. Huffman got some help from Jadyn Howard and her 21 assists. Howard was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Carl Junction's victory bumped their record up to 15-13. As for Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-20-3 record this season.

Carl Junction will take on Willard at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
