Softball Recap: West Bloomfield Takes a Loss

West Bloomfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 20-5 to the Adams Highlanders. That's two games in a row now that the Lakers have lost by exactly 15 runs.

LAIKEN CONNOR made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-2.

West Bloomfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Adams, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Bloomfield will take on Notre Dame Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Adams, they will head out to take on Detroit Country Day at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
