Carlinville's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Pana Panthers a 5-0 shutout. Carlinville might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by three goals or more this season.

Carlinville's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those three games. As for Pana, they now have a losing record of 4-5-1.
