Soccer Game Preview: Little Elm vs. Hebron

The Little Elm Lobos will challenge the Hebron Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Hebron will have to contend with a Little Elm squad hungry for a win, something the team hasn't seen since the seventh. Little Elm fell just short of Coppell by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Lobos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 533rd, while the Cowboys are ranked 24th).

Meanwhile, Hebron's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 4-0 to Guyer.

Hebron's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 0-1-2 and their overall record down to 4-2-2. As for Little Elm, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6-3.
