Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They took their contest against Coahulla Creek by a conclusive 41-18 score. No one put up better numbers for Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe than senior Nathan Williams, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 181 yards and 3 touchdowns. If you haven't heard Williams's name lately, then you haven't been paying much attention: he has loomed large in their past four games.

As for Sonoraville, they had a rough outing against Haralson County two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Sonoraville got past Adairsville with less than a touchdown to spare, ending up at 14-10.
