Glen Rock never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against the Hawthorne Christian Defenders as they made off with a 17-0 victory. That looming 17-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

Nick Atme was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Atme was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Evan Lagemann, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was J Spitaleri, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Glen Rock was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .542. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in eight consecutive games.
