Football Recap: Harvard Takes a Loss

Harvard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Richmond-Burton Rockets, falling 49-0. While losing is never fun, the Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 446th, while the Rockets are ranked 65th).

Harvard's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Richmond-Burton, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Harvard is set to take on their familiar foe Sandwich at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Richmond-Burton will face off against rival Woodstock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
