North Royalton came out on top against Twinsburg on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run first inning. The Bears walked away with a 6-1 win over the Tigers. The victory continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won eight in a row.

North Royalton's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-4. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Twinsburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.
