Basketball Recap: Toledo Takes a Loss

After soaring to 60 points the game before, Toledo was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They were beaten by the Siuslaw Vikings 72-29. The matchup marked the Boomers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Toledo has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season. As for Siuslaw, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Toledo and Powers will round out the year against one another at at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Siuslaw, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against North Bend at 7:00 p.m. on December 30th.
