Basketball Recap: Bloomfield Bees vs. Wynot Blue Devils        
        
		
             Bloomfield had to hit the road for their first game and  it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were beaten by the Wynot Blue Devils 70-41 on Thursday. The Bees haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
 Several Bees players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Benjamin Dodge, who  went 7 for 8 en route to 14 points plus six  rebounds and three  blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of  Beau Eisenhauer, who  had 13 points.
 Wynot's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Justin Heimes led the charge by  going 5 for 10 en route to 13 points. What's more,  Heimes also posted a 50%  field goal percentage, which is the highest he's  posted since back in January. Another player making a difference was  Kotner Koch, who  scored ten points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Bloomfield and Tri County Northeast will face off  at 8:00  p.m.  on Friday without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Wynot, they won't have much time to rest: their next  matchup is against Winside  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
