Volleyball Recap: Simeon Comes Up Short

Simeon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Victoria Soto Wolves. The Wolverines were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16.

Simeon's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Victoria Soto, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Simeon will face off against rival Carver at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Victoria Soto is set to take on their familiar foe Tilden at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
